At Sparbanken Syd’s annual general meeting on 21 April, the bank’s principals were informed of the decision to incorporate Frenninge Sparbank into Sparbanken Syd. Moll Wendén has advised Frenninge Sparbank in the merger.
The office in Frenninge in Sjöbo municipality will remain until further notice, but will be operated in Sparbanken Syd’s name. The office in Frenninge will be Sparbanken Syd’s eighth.
