NVS has made another acquisition in Finland; Lännen Ilmatekniikka Oy (LIT) with a strong market position in the south west of Finland. LIT will constitute a part of LVI-Helin, acquired in 2008 and through the acquisition NVS broadens both the business and the service opportunities in the market.
LIT have about 25 employees and a yearly turnover of approximately 30 MSEK. The business primary focuses on solutions, service and service for energy, comfort cold, ventilation and heating pumps. Moll Wendén assisted NVS in the acquisition.
